Can I track my shipment?
Yes. You can track your package from your login and order page. Check the estimated ship times above for the shipping method you selected.

My tracking number isn't working! Why?
Chances are your order just shipped. Whatever you do, don't sweat it... It's all good! Tracking numbers can take up to 72 hours to be updated.
At HatHead.com your satisfaction is always guaranteed. We know it's sometimes necessary to return a product - and the reasons vary. No need to worry or figure out a way to convince us - we want you to enjoy your experience with us. The process is easy and doesn't require authorization from a Customer Service representative.

To initiate the return process, simply include your full name, email, and order number in a message to returns@hathead.com; Subject: Return. Within 48 hours you'll receive a printable return label via email along with simple instructions for a no cost, no hassle return and credit.

All returns must be initiated within 30 days and goods must be in their original condition. Any returns initiated after 30 days cannot be processed.

I sent back a return, but haven't heard anything.
Returns can take us up to 2 weeks to process. You will receive an email as soon as your return has been completed. Please check your spam folders as sometimes an email can end up there.

HatHead.com - fully custom. No other brand could stand up to our requirements for comfort and design. We do not decorate stock hats. Every hat is built from scratch - fully custom and all HatHead.com baby!

How do HatHead hats fit?
Like any other type of apparel, the fit will depend on the size of your noggin. That being said, if you have worn hats before - HatHead.com hats adhere to your standard sizing for headwear. 99% of the time, our hats will fit you magically - yes, we used the word magically. Whenever necessary, we've noted specifics as to a hats fit in the description.
Do you offer gift certificates?
At this time, we do not offer a gift certificate option. Look for that to change at some point soon!

How can I pay for my order?
HatHead.com only accepts Credit Cards and PayPal for payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners cards and Debit Cards backed by a Credit Card company listed above (Visa, Mastercard, etc). Please note that the charge on your statement will appear as "HatHead.com".

How can I make changes to my order?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please send your requests to boughtahat@hathead.com. Changes can only be made if your request is received before your order is processed. Depending on timing, we may not be able to make your requested change. Once your order is processed or shipped, no changes can be made.

I placed my order, but forgot to add a hat. How can I add it to my order?
We're sorry, but we're unable to add to your order since we don't store credit card information. We'll gladly accept a new order for the additional hat!

Can I combine orders?
No, we are unable to combine orders. Each order you place will be sent separately.

I have a retail store/boutique and would love to carry HatHead.com hats. How can I do this?
We only sell our headwear online at this time. This may change in the future, but for now we are total control freaks!

If you're still REALLY interested in carrying our hats, please drop us a line at begforit@hathead.com and include all of your particulars. If the day comes when we decide to offer our headwear in some sort of retail format, you'll be at the top of the list!
I've emailed numerous times and have not heard back from anyone. What's the deal people!?
Likely we did receive your email and have already responded. Some email services, like Hotmail, AOL, and Verizon, mark our emails as spam or completely block them. Check your spam folder to see if our response is there. If possible, send a message from an alternate email address.

Can I change the username on my HatHead account?
Sorry, but you can't change your username. While logged in, you have the option of deleting your current account. Please note that all of your stats will be lost if you cancel your account. You can also update your profile at any time while logged in. Need us to do it for you? Email ineedhelp@hathead.com with your request to update or delete your account.

I placed an order, but I don't have my order number. Can I look it up?
If you have a username and password, you can simply log in and follow the Orders History link. The Orders Management page help you find all the info you need.

Who designs the HatHead products?
You, You, Him, Him and Her! The majority of what you see is designed by the community at large...YOU! We design a few too - we like to throw down designs too ya know!?

HatHead.com is a 24/7/365 headwear design competition. Anyone can submit entries at any time. We compile the number of people who voted for your design and tally it along with feedback from our design panel and HatHead.com team to determine the winners and what goes into production.

Most of the hats found on HatHead.com are the result of the competition, while others are commissioned from well known or guest designers. Typically we'll put commissioned work on blast and let all of you know when these people are puttin' down hot designs.

Why are you out-of-stock of a particular item?
HatHead.com hats are produced in limited quantities. We do this for tons of reasons and we think it makes our products that much more unique. If there is a design that's popular, chances are it simply won't last long… So don't sleep on something you really like!

Will you bring an out-of-stock design back?
We MAY reprint anything that is super-duper hot. If you really love something and want it back, you're gonna have to beg us at begforit@hathead.com. You'll need to let us know, as we have not yet mastered the art of mind reading.

How do you determine what gets reproduced?
Reprints are produced based on demand only. If we get yelled at enough or sell out immediately - we MIGHT bring it back. Want to see something again? Kick and scream and it may just get done. See above.

Can I wash my hat? How?
HatHead.com recommends that you wash our hats at your own risk. There are way too many variables with regard to fabrics, applications, and construction to cover all of them in a washing document. We recommend you wear your hat with love. The more beat up and worn in it gets - the more you love it!

I got a hat and it doesn't fit as well as I'd hoped. What should I do?
We recommend either shrinking your head or growing your hair out. Otherwise, simply send it back with all the necessary info (See Returns) and we'll hook you up with something else. Look - all heads are not built the same and yes, as with any apparel, from time to time your head and the hat may simply not love one another. Rest assured we've got your back!

How do I vote for a design I like?
The voting section is located at the bottom of our home page at www.hathead.com. Once you've created a username and logged in, you can vote for designs that you dig by indicating that, "Me likey!" If you don't like a design, simply pass on it. For designs you really dig, you can let us know that, "I'd Buy This!" In the event the hat gets produced, we will send you an email to let you know when the hat is available for sale.

Where does the voting data go?
Your votes are stored in our database and reviewed at the end of every voting period. We compile the number of people who voted for a given design and tally it along with feedback from our design panel and HatHead.com team to determine the winners and what goes into production.

How do I submit a design?
Simply follow the "Make Happy" or "DIY" links on our homepage. Once there, download the design template of your choice and follow the included instructions.

Once your design is received, we will review and post your design on the site for voting within 1 week. We reserve the right to deny posting any design for any reason.

Your design will remain on the site for voting for the length of the competition, at which time we tally votes and determine the winner or winners. You will be notified by us at that time.

What Are the Prizes for Winners?
If we choose your design for production, you will receive a $250 Mastercard, 3 of your hats, discount coupons and be listed on our site in conjunction with your winning hat. You'll also get to put your personal mark in each hat by designing your very own designer label! You get some dough, some free stuff and hopefully get noticed! Ultimately, we hope you end up famous so we can take credit for having discovered you! As HatHead.com grows, so will the prizes!

Do you guys produce custom hats for companies, groups or organizations?
Yes we do. Minimum order quantities start at 216 units and go up depending on the complexity of the design, fabrics required and a number of other factors. Currently all custom and bulk orders are handled by 18 Stories, Inc. They've been serving the corporate marketplace for years and are better equipped to handle your needs. HatHead.com will handle all aspects of the design and production of your hats, while 18 Stories will act as our distribution and customer service team. Get the ball rolling by dropping us a line at weneedhatheads@hathead.com. We'll put a bug in their ear!

Do you have any retail locations where I can purchase your hats?

Nope. Right now we are exclusively selling through our site, HatHead.com. We do not have plans to roll out retail nor to sell through other boutiques or retail outlets at this time. If this changes, you'll be the first to know!

Simply put, Walter is the man. That's all we can really say about that - Walter's just the coolest person you'd ever want to meet. If you have that privilege, challenge him to a game of Rock, Paper, Scissors... He can't be beat!
